KABIN Gion
Kabin Gion is located in the center of the city, that's where many famous Kyoto temples are, perfect if you have a family or a large crew. Head downstairs to KRFT Tiki, the tiki bar where the drinks are mai tai-grade and the vibes are shaken, not stirred.
KABIN Kyoto
Kabin Kyoto has something for everyone. Right between the two main downtown stations of Kyoto. Drop in for a bite at GRZE, pickup the best coffee or local beers at KRFT, then immerse yourself in downtown Kyoto. There's also a tree, it's very nice.

Kabin Koji is a short walk from downtown Kyoto. You can book out Koji Studio for an event or vibe in our lounge before heading out to explore.

Kabin Machi is the spot closest to downtown Kyoto and the station. It's right in front of a local food market with your fav Japanese essentials. Inside, we've got a lounge with a garden view where you can vibe or work.
ORI Nipponbashi
ORI Nipponbashi is where you can live it up with your crew in Osaka. Located steps away from Den-den Town, you're plugged into the best shopping, dining, and nightlife Osaka has to offer. Wrap up your day in a spacious suite built for recharging.
ORI Rokkaku
Low key neighborhood very close to the popular Nijo Castle, ORI Rokkaku is a quieter space to chill with your friends and family. Keep it respectful with the neighbors or their kids might throw balls at you (we're 100% serious).
KABIN Taka
Kabin Taka is in central Kyoto, right where the action is. It's also where we put all the other good stuff. Gym? Check. Nearby parking? Check. Don't stay too long though, get out and check out Kyoto IRL.
WAYFARER Gojo
Located in a vibrant and historically rich district, Wayfarer Gojo is surrounded by a traditional atmosphere: roll through the narrow streets and machiya (traditional wooden townhouses), and soak up the vibes of its temples and cool spots. Best part? Super close to our KRFT, for some delicious coffee!

Surround yourself with local eateries, crafts, and culture in Shijo. From Wayfarer Shijo you can jump straight onto the center of Kyoto and easily get anywhere in the city.
